how to make a freaky head

Things you will need:

• 4 cups of water
• an apple
• 2 teaspoons of salt
• a bowl that can hold 4 cups of water, and the apple
• a potato peeler
• a knife

Steps to follow:

1. peel the apple
2. carve a funky face into the apple
3. pour 4 cups of water into the bowl
4. put 2 teaspoons of salt into the water
5. place the apple into the bowl
6. put something on top of the apple to keep it from floating up, like a saucer
7. leave the apple in the water for 24 hours
8. after 24 hours, take the apple out of the water and use it to scare people!

P.S.: if you did everything right, your apple will be all soggy and the face you carved into it will look creepy. It might even look like....Voldemort! (from Harry Potter). :)

P.P.S.: you will probably want to throw the apple away after a while...it will start to STINK!
